ACTOR
Raymond has a thriving acting career, including many years on Broadway and on tour in Chicago the Musical as Amos Hart (Helen Hayes Best Actor Nomination). He also played Da in the first national tour of the musical Once.
He’s starred in Rosencrantz & Guildenstern are Dead (Rosencrantz) at the Studio Theatre in Washington DC; Vigil (Kemp) at the Geva Theatre in Rochester, NY; Rameau’s Nephew (title role) at the Portland Stage Co, ME; What the Butler Saw (Dr. Prentice) at the Franklin Stage Co, NY; Cat On A Hot Tin Roof (Big Daddy) at The Philipstown Depot Theatre, and many others. He’s also worked at the York Theatre, The Drama Department, The Lincoln Center Institute, and the American Repertory Theatre in Boston.
He has also appeared in several films, including Man on the Moon, Changing Lanes, Ali, and I’m with Lucy. His television appearances include "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel", "30 Rock", "Flight of the Conchords", "Ed", "Third Watch", "The Job", and "Law & Order".
He obtained a degree in acting from the Central School of Speech and Drama in London and continued his studies in New York under Phillipe Gaullier and Ron Van Lieu, among others.
